Naturopathic medicine is a system and philosophy of medicine that has been around for hundreds, maybe thousands, of years. Just before the advent of ‘conventional’ medicine, which uses a wide variety of drugs and surgical procedures, virtually each and every physician learned how to use herbs, minerals, homeopathy, and other natural strategies to treat disease.
Dr. Elizabeth Large is a licensed and board-certified Naturopathic Doctor. Elizabeth Big earned the degree, ND (Physician of Naturopathic Medicine) from Southwest College, Tempe, Arizona, a four-year, accredited naturopathic medical school. She is licensed through the state of California. She has significant teaching experience, including instruction of anatomy, physiology and nutrition. Dr. Significant worked at Recovery Systems Clinic with Julia Ross, treating mood disorders, addiction, eating disorders and stress-induced illness Elizabeth has led healing groups for ladies and is the founder of Spiral Women’s Health, a collaborative of professional female health practitioners. Elizabeth has numerous years of experience working to support people attain their health goals, physically and emotionally. She understands the interplay between mind and body and believes that in our quest for health, all aspects of our lives must be addressed.
